3. Orders, Deposits & Cancellations A deposit may be required to begin production on custom orders. Because custom-printed and personalized products are made specifically for you, these orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Minimum order quantities and production timelines are outlined on our FAQ page and may vary for large-volume or seasonal orders.
