Who We Are
My name is Polina (Pauline) Andris, founder of Made by Pauline — a wholesale macaron production company based in New York, supplying businesses since 2014. We produce premium French macarons for cafés, hotels, corporate clients, event companies, and hospitality groups across the US.
The History of Made by Pauline Macarons
Made by Pauline was founded in New York City. From day one, the focus was on one product done right: French macarons.
We built our production process around consistency, quality ingredients, and the ability to scale — the foundation of everything we do today.
We expanded our presence in New York, including a location at Macy's Herald Square.
Growing to multiple locations gave us the operational experience and production volume that later became the backbone of our wholesale program.
With five active locations and high-volume production already in place, macarons became our clear core product.
We refined our recipes, standardized our formats, and built the supply chain infrastructure needed to serve large recurring orders reliably.
In 2021, I made a deliberate decision to transition the business fully to wholesale.
The retail model had served its purpose — but wholesale allowed us to do what we do best at scale: produce consistent, high-quality macarons for businesses that need a reliable supplier.
Today that decision drives everything we build.
