Who We Are
My name is Polina (Pauline) Andris, founder of Made by Pauline — a wholesale macaron production company based in New York, supplying businesses since 2014. We produce premium French macarons for cafés, hotels, corporate clients, event companies, and hospitality groups across the US.
The History of Made by Pauline Macarons
Made by Pauline was founded in New York City. From day one, the focus was on one product done right: French macarons.
We built our production process around consistency, quality ingredients, and the ability to scale — the foundation of everything we do today.
We expanded our presence in New York, including a location at Macy's Herald Square.
Growing to multiple locations gave us the operational experience and production volume that later became the backbone of our wholesale program.
With five active locations and high-volume production already in place, macarons became our clear core product.
We refined our recipes, standardized our formats, and built the supply chain infrastructure needed to serve large recurring orders reliably.
In 2021, we expanded beyond retail to focus on partnerships with businesses.
That shift allowed us to work with brands on a much larger scale—supplying cafés and hotels, creating custom corporate gifting programs, producing branded macarons for marketing campaigns, and supporting businesses with reliable wholesale production.
At the same time, years of industry experience naturally evolved into consulting, helping entrepreneurs navigate everything from product sourcing and supplier relationships to opening cafés, bakeries, and hospitality concepts.
Today, wholesale is one part of what we do—not the whole story.
