Can I see a sample or proof before placing a bulk order? → Yes — This lets you approve colors and placement before we print your full order.

What's the minimum order for custom-printed macarons? → 60 macarons.

How far in advance do I need to order? → 14 days in advance. We do accept rush orders for an extra fee subject to discuss.

Can you match my brand's exact colors? → Yes — we can match your brand colors on packaging and, where possible, on the printed design itself. Send us your brand guidelines (Pantone or hex codes) and we'll confirm the closest match before production.

What file do you need for my logo/design? → AI, EPS, PDF, PNG (no background).

Do you supply favors for weddings and private events? → Yes — favor boxes, macaron towers, and custom-printed macarons for weddings, birthdays, and private events, with nationwide shipping.

How many macarons should I order per person? → 2-3 per person.

Holiday & Kosher

Do you offer kosher-friendly options? → Yes — we offer kosher-friendly gift options for Rosh Hashanah, Chanukah, and other celebrations, including packaged nuts and chocolate.

Do Made by Pauline’s macarons contain nuts?

All of Made by Pauline’s Macarons are made with almond flour and some contain nuts.

Made by Pauline’s Macarons are vegan?

At Made by Pauline, 14 of our macaron flavors are completely vegan, meaning they’re both dairy-free and egg-free! However, please note that two of our flavors—Salted Caramel, Nutella, —do contain dairy and egg whites.
